Received-SPF: softfail (my.server.tld: transitioning SPF record at
server.tld does not designate 88.64.213.32 as permitted sender)

Result: user1 get the spam email.
You could raise the penalty score for invalid/rejected SPF in
spamassassin. I see a lot of these messages, and almost all of them are
blocked by RBLs for me.
