From what you've shown, the rebuild completed. It should now have the
RPM in the /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386 directory. So after a successful
rebuild, you need to install the package:
rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/control-panel-toaster*
If you get an error from that, post it.
