Just out of curiosity, can you see what the user's actual disk usage is? I
know there have been some "bugs" with quotas in the past and am wondering if
it's not counting actual drive usage in vpopmail, but only the inbox folders
in Squirrelmail.
Hopefully the next release of vpopmail will resolve some of the bugs with
quotas.

The quota is set to 500M. If issue 'du -hs' in the Maildir, it reports
the size being 25M. Size of Maildir/cur is 9M. Is that what you meant?

/home/vpopmail/bin/vuserinfo -Q em...@domain reports 2% usage and -q 524288000S.

What does a du -sh of the user's dir show?
ie:
cd /home/vpopmail/domain
du -sh user

I want to eliminate that it's counting deleted messages as being part of the used quota.
