No, my customers are not on my QMT server. So, when i sent mails, i get very different errors evet their meanings are same. Some of them have error codes, others just give information. It is very difficult, therefor to determine why mail return. I scaned a lot of mail and get list of error messages depend on mail server.
Now i trying to apply my filter before mail is delivered to sender inbox.

hi,

I am trying to send info mail (not spam) to my customers. But sometime i get not delivered mails, because of quota overload, user not found etc. Is it possible to determine and redirect those mails to a folder. I wrote a script which check all mails and move them in a folder. But my aim is to check mails by .qmail file. Is there any script or method for achieving that goal.

We need a few details filled in. Are the customers you're trying to send mail to on your QMT server? Once that's answered, I'll have a couple more but that is the first "fork in the road".
Thanks.

So your QMT server tries to send info messages to your clients, who are on a different server and you sometimes get error/over quota messages back? You cannot control this unless you control the system the users are actually on. As far as detecting if you receive a bounce message for those clients, I suppose you could write some type of script that reconciles the bounce messages in the Inbox against what is in the Sent box (assuming you're configured for SMTP-AUTH on the script side and it uses IMAP), but this seems like a lot of work. You would need to weigh this against your needs/priorities and come up with some type of solution that best fits.
