Have you disabled selinux? (swag)
As Jake said, he's in the process of getting the toaster going on FC12.
I'm sure he'll appreciate your help.
Note, I hope people aren't planning to use FC12 for production QMT
servers. CentOS servers are much better for production environments, but
QMT supports FC releases as they come along so we're ready for
CentOS/RHEL upgrades as they happen (CentOS/RHEL comes from FC).
