I did an update to our qmailtoaster server last week and now I am not
receiving email from AOL and a few other's. I think all that was
updated was
ClamAV
QmailToaster
UCSPI-TCP-
Maybe Spamassassin
I don't even see AOL getting to any qmail log files. I had to creat
a free AOL email account just so I could test/fix this problem.

If you used qtp-newmodel to update, you'll find a list of the packages
that were updated in /usr/src/qtp-upgrade/SRPMS directory, and the
corresponding log directory will contain the log from the build.
Are you running spamdyke? If so, you'll need to re-install it after
upgrading the qmail-toaster package.
Not receiving email from AOL is a strange problem to be having though.
You should see some sort of evidence of contact in the smtp log:
# qmlog -lc aol smtp
Thank you for your help. It looks like a re-install fixed it. I had
installed spamdyke a long time ago but disabled it. Does that make
sense that a re-install would fix it? I had disabled spamdyke because
the email complaints of people not getting there email became ridiculous.

You're welcome.
It's hard to say why a re-install might have fixed the problem.
Are you still not running spamdyke?
Which RBLs are you using?
