If you are using spamassassin there are header test that can be ran and configure to drop the mail if they are set above specified score. Review the header and see the last entry for dns or ip that your server talked to and block the ip or dns entry using spamdyke of course if there are any other "received from" back talk then your fight against spam may not be over.
