SA rules aren't updated on a regular basis by default. There's really
not much need to, as there is with anti-virus rules.
You can add additional rules to SA using
http://qtp.qmailtoaster.com/trac/wiki/Features#qtp-sa-update which is
run daily. The output of this will go to wherever your cron output is
configured to go (see MAILTO= in /etc/crontab).
