I wouldn't be concerned with that. I believe that if you're signing with DKIM, that's better than DK.

    domainkey checking of incoming mail in QMT is broken. The problem is
    intermittent, and not much else is known about it.

    You can turn checking off by setting DKVERIFY="" in your tcp.smtp
    file. Don't forget to run qmailctl cdb after changing tcp.smtp.
