Hello,

I have updated the Qmail / Spamassassin "local.cf" with the rule earlier given in the forums. But still most of the genuine emails received are being marked as "SPAM". Similar is the case with the Blackberry users. Earlier to Jan all mail from the Blackberry users were coming in normally. Since this new rule update, some of them are received normally and some as SPAM. Below is the sample header from a genuine sender. I am not sure what am I missing?

X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.2.4 (2008-01-01) on mail.providio.com

X-Spam-Level:

X-Spam-Status: No, score=-1.0 required=4.0 tests=AWL,BAYES_00,

Are you sure it's *your* system marking them as spam, and not something else like a spam appliance or an upstream mail server? According to the message header, the X-Spam-Status is *No* and the score was -1.0, so nothing would have been changed by Spamassassin on the toaster, unless something in the configs is really messed up.
