Looks like a handy little utility. If anyone would like to see it added to QTP, please create an enhancement ticket at the QTP site.

Thanks Gilbert.

I realized that I did not post the link to the item that helped me. I compiled this app real quick and it worked like a charm to clear my queue. It allowed me to just do a string search on the queue (I searched for the offending IP). I did have to stop qmail to run it. http://www.linuxmagic.com/opensource/qmail/qmail-remove Gilbert

Is there a way to clean out some email out of the queue that is

There are some queue tools in QTP, and you can also change your
queuelifetime to a low time (say 15 minutes) and then "qmailctl
doqueue" and any messages that have been in the queue longer than 15
mins will be bounced. Just remember to change your queuelifetime
back to what you had it set at before lowering it.
