Thank you for the reply. I am new to the list so if you can refere me to where I can get the info on how to configure the fetchmail. One things is, on the MDaemon a gateway with one account is created for a domain and all mails for all users in that domain gets to one folder, so the domain pop function is to just pop the mails to the different users.

In the case of Email gate way or setting up qmail as a gate way, that am not sure what I got will work because I didn't test it yet. If any one have any other Linux base mail server other than qmail which got all this features, I will appreciate if the person can share with me. Its a little rude to come to a project and ask for recommendations for other projects. Any mail server on Linux can do what you're asking, if you set it up that way. Requires work. For your pop issue - it will work. I used it myself (both Qmailtoaster and Postfix, BOTH using virtual users) to grab mail from an ISP's server and deliver to "local" virtual users. I think Squirrelmail even has a plugin that will do this for you. Anyway, if you look back in the archives you will see some posts about fetchmail and how to configure it. It's been discussed before. In reference to your filtering - Qmailtoaster uses simscan which calls spamassassin and clamav to scan messages. Filtering is done with maildrop and can be extended to do whatever you want with maildrop scripts. If you mean email gateway in that you can send emails as another user - sort of. You have to authenticate using a valid account (virtual!) on the server, but it will then let you send the message. I have no idea what a mail rebot is. Hope that helps.
