NOTE: My email server is NOT the issue. I can send email to AOL just fine. It is that AOL has a server that is on the SORBS.NET blacklist, so when MY server does its normal RBL check, this particular AOL server shows up as being blacklisted. The only way around this is to add the AOL server IP address to your allowed list (sorry - forgot the filename in simscan - I think it is 'ipwhitelist') which is what I am going to do.
