You have 2 options for solutions.
The first is to have such users use port 587 for submission, which is
not subject to rbls. This was the first solution provided by QMT.
The second is to use spamdyke (highly recommended for other reasons as
well). With spamdyke installed, the rbls are handled by spamdyke instead
of rblsmtpd, and all filters are bypassed for authenticated sessions.
