I have a bit of an issue I am hoping that someone can help me out with.
We just put up a new server and everything is working great with the

Then we try to create a new user fill out the form properly and this is

When we hit create we get

<mailto:[email protected]> (user new user) could not be added
Everything works fine from the command line I have checked all
permissions etc..
