Yep - and since your server is rated "poor" it will get blocked by
servers that are using the Barracuda RBL.
You will need to contact them to have your server removed from their RBL.

Sorry, misread the message.
The Barracuda list is very agile - try sending your message again to see
if it goes through now. You may have been previously. 'Course, the
message only *looks* like the one received from Barracuda's BL. It may
be a completely different RBL.
