I wouldn't use vqadmin (in fact I don't even install it). It's broken in places. There's nothing there you really need. Use qcontrol instead if you really need a gui.

I don't think that really addresses your problem though.
qq soft reject is usually indicative of a problem with some aspect of scanning. Could be simscan, clamav, or spamassassin.

Started getting calls this afternoon from clients that use one of my boxes (centos5) that they couldn't get their email, and that email sent to the server was bouncing. I had already done the upgrade, and it was runnign fine this am. Was getting the qq soft reject also on it. Did a reboot & it started working again. Not sure yet of the cause either. Also noticed that vqadmin is running *very* slowly now since the clamav update. I do see quite a few script errors in the httpd error log referring to vqadmin though. Still on the road, no time to more at the moment, will try updating the vqadmin later to check it.
