It sounds to me like logwatch is probably picking up old information
somehow. Perhaps logwatch isn't recognizing the time stamps properly.
Once the log rotates I expect that would "fix" it.
If anyone finds a configuration change that you think should be made to
the stock toaster, please be sure to post it, either here or on the
devel list.

About a week ago I built a new CentOS 5.4 64 bit QMT to replace my old
Dell which bought the farm.
Neither clamd nor spamd were working. A couple of days later I found
tcp.smtp.new and figured it all out. Clamd is indeed working and
updating (log proves that) but here's what I still get from log watch:

The ClamAV update process (freshclam daemon) was not running!
If you no longer wish to run freshclam, deleting the freshclam.log
file will suppress this error message.

How do I convince log watch that clamd is now up and running and
updating?
