This error get solves if I remove and re-install perl-XML-SAX file. But
next day it starts giving same error.
Also on same server I had forgot to set hostname, but after complete
installation of qmail I had modified "/etc/hosts" file and
"/var/qmail/control/me" file but still my mails are going on
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>. How
do I modify the same?

I don't have any perl XML SAX in my QMT.
Have you tailored spamassassin in some way?
Have you modified the stock QMT in some other way?
