where did you add it ?
Try this :
add
whitelist_from *[email protected]
to /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
and restart spamassassin
It should work

My issue is that if an address is in the whitelist it should subtract

Now when the server receives an email from domainname.com (reverse dns)
it does not subtract 100.
