You have a process that is using a file/directory in the sandbox, which
keeps it from being umounted. This is typically a window that has cd'd
into the sandbox (has happened to me too!).
# lsof | grep sandbox
should show you the process in question.
Once you have nothing using the sandbox, you can umount it manually by:
# qtp-umount-sandbox
Once the sandbox is not mounted, you can remove it by:
# rm -rf /mnt/qtp-sandbox /opt/qtp-overlay

months but only the default standard intallation according to Jakes
qmailtoaster video, So any help will be appreciated.
