Can you provide some more details? Do you mean your emails TO Hotmail
are flagged as spam, or emails FROM Hotmail are flagged as spam on your
server?
If your emails TO Hotmail are flagged as spam, you will need to engage
Hotmail to resolve this - they have a page somewhere on their site
explaining what you need to do.
If your emails FROM Hotmail are flagged as spam, please provide us with
a message's headers so we can see what may be causing this.
