Hi Eric, My client is running QMT server on broadband and his static ip is blacklisted. So I'm using external smart host to relay his outbound mail from QMT. Yes I'm using smtproutes for the same. I had tried editing smtproutes from LINUX terminal, through putty as well as from qcontrol, but getting same error. Same smart host setting if done on some other QMT works very well.
