hi

we are trying to implement a paid anti-spam reputation filter ie
dnsbl.invaluement.com

they required that we set up a rbldns server on our qmail toaster machine
and then use rsync every two minutes to download the details

a few questions please

a) has anybody used invaluement on a qmailtoaster server, if yes then
could you please provide us some tips on this.

I have not. I don't use any paid-for services.

I hope you're using spamdyke. If not, I would definitely try that first.

What types of spam are you seeing that you hope to eliminate with a reputation filter?

b) will installing a rbldns server create any problem to the existing
qmailtoaster installation ?

I don't believe so.

thanks very much

Please let us know how you do with this.
