Hey Mahesh,
I don't know of a way to do that, which isn't to say it's not possible
with a sophisticated firewall of some sort.
You could block access from the outside using iptables, but I don't know
of a way to selectively to this per user.
Come to think of it though, recent versions of Dovecot have some sort of
Access Control List (ACL) capability. I don't know if this would do what
you're looking for or not, but it might.

I don't know about webmin, but I doubt that it would be able to fix the
problem.
Let's see if Jake can give us any more details about what the problem
is, and go from there.
I'm a little curious to know how that feature is designed to work. As I
said before, you might want to post this question on the vpopmail users
list. I expect that Matt there would be helpful.

I'm not familiar off hand with QControl. If there's an option there, by
all means try it. I expect that it simply invokes the vmoduser command
though.
