It does, but there was an issue in the PHP code at some point in the
past, which is why it's not installed by default.
Look back in the archives and you should find where the corrected code
was posted (I believe this was Lucian that posted the diff code)
I could not find the post you referenced, Jake, but I did come across a
way to handle it. I'm going to attempt to write a script that runs the
vpopbull program (/home/vpopmail/bin/) with the -n -V switches and piped
into a file. Then it will use ezmlm-sub program to import the freshly
created list into the list name as shown in the wiki
(http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Bulk_import_emails_into_EzMLM).
My only question is if this will create duplicate entries in the list.
I'll have to test that one and see.
