When I try to upgrade follow the directions above, I get the message "No
Packages marked for Update" after the first step. Is it possible that I
have already downloaded the latest one? I am showing that
qmailtoaster-plus-0.3.1-1.4.15.noarch is already installed.

I was going to mention that the yum update isn't necessary if you
already have the latest version installed. You want to be sure to have
the latest version though, as there were some fixes to the
qtp-install-sanesecurity script with that release.
