Not to my knowledge.  A long while back, I had a partner who was taking
care of my QMT.  He implemented the spambox on SpamAssassin; though I've
talked to him, and he thought the same thing.

I've built a few newer versions of QMT since, so I'm not sure what might
be doing this.

This time when I migrate to the new server load (QMT5-ISO -- this
weekend), I'll likely not do a full backup/restore process, and
hopefully I'll be able to skip on whatever is running that is doing the
re-filtering.

I would agree that we're looking at something external. The mailfilter
script is only run when the message is delivered to the mailstore. It
see the .qmail file, and processes the message according to the .qmail
file which tells it to run through the mailfilter script. Courier then
places the message in the folder. It does not get run against that same
message again. You indicated that when you move it, it moves itself
back. That would not be indiciative of the mailfilter script and the
message being hung in the queue - if it were there would be multiple
copies.
Do you have a script or something that runs against the mailboxes?
