Did the rest of your build go through? Do you have an earlier version of

delete the old rpm.
Don't do rpm -e clamav-toaster.
You should be able to upgrade with just:
rpm -Uhv /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/$ARCH/clamav-toaster*.rpm
