Have you seen evidence of such, or are you speculating?

This might be the bad solution but my basic concern is that I don't want any other email id or any other email server should be able to send mail by just using my server as Smart Host. For example: right now from current QMT configuration any email id assume [email protected] can send mail from my server by using my server anyone email id as Smart Host to relay mail. My concern is how do I stop [email protected] to send mail from my server if [email protected] doesnot exist on my QMT server.

I don't know of a way to do this with QMT (which isn't to say it can't
    be done).

I understand your concern, but this restriction doesn't sit well with
me. I think it's a bad solution to the problem you're trying to
    address.
I think it would be better to change compromised passwords. Also be
    sure
that SSL/TLS is always used with client configurations for smtp, pop3
    and imap.
