I only have ruby running on the box with phusion passenger for RoR apps.
Mysqld, httpd are all running.
The output of /usr/share/toaster/include/admin.pass is "toaster" without the
quotes.
I rebooted at the "Check System Services".

I'm not getting and error for the login, it just keeps asking for the
password over and over.  When I go to /webmail I get the URL cannot be
found.
