As I said earlier, there is a patch that will allow qmail to use a different certificate based on the hostname. However, I have no experience in using it. But it seems to me to be the best solution (especially when you have but one IP address). The patch is explicitly mentioned by the author of the original TSL patch for qmail, F. Vermeulen.
