make them enter a fresh one on next login?
I did something like this a while back for a company - basically every
30 days it would generate a random password string and email it to them
letting them know their email password was going to change to that
random string, and then in 48 hours it would then run through and reset
the passwords to the random strings that were generated for each
account. Kinda hammerish, but it's what they wanted.
