Hi Rajesh,
Vpopbull can send the same file to all users. But I guess this is not the
requirement here.
There should be a backend program which generates these files which needs
to
be send to the individual email ids. You can alter the program which
generates the file to email the files to the corresponding email id just
after the generation of the files.
You need to make changes to the standard qmailtoaster to make it receive
huge number of emails from the machine which sends it.

I use vpopbull as suggested but add a link to the
