I am noticing a ton of files in my Spamdyke graylist folder. Should
this ever be culled? maintenance?

qtp-prune-graylist takes care of this automatically for you. If this script is not installed in the /etc/cron.daily/ (it's been a while since you installed spamdyke and/or you did so manually) then simply run the qtp-install-spamdyke script to make it so.
