I take it that queue_repair.py fixed some things, as this is a different
message now.
Perhaps you have something wrong that queue_repair.py can't fix. Maybe
queue_repair.py needs to be run more than once to fix everything?
Does todo/10585809 exist? If so, what are permissions? If not, what are
permissions of parent directory?
I don't know off hand what would cause QM to be looking for that
file/directory. Would need to look into that.
