My mail server had a hard drive crash before I was able to back up the

back into my e mail account. Luckily it was my personal server and only
1 IMAP account was affected. Can I move the contents of the Maildir
into the new servers Maildir, run queue repair and be done with it? I
only need to restore the one account.
On another note, the mirror is back up.

Just replace the Maildir/ and you should be fine, provided you've
created the domain and account already on the new server. queue repair
has nothing to do with email accounts, but it wouldn't hurt anything.
