Unfortunately, I don't think it's as simple as adding:
#define CHKUSER_ALLOW_RCPT_CHAR_6 '='
as the corresponding code for CHAR_6 (and greater) would need to be
added as well. You'd need to replace one of existing 5 that are
already used.

Last version of chkuser has ten characters for this usage.
CHKUSER_ALLOW_SENDER_CHAR_10 has already '=' as predefined character.
