I must say that lately LAMP stacks need a high degree of securing and
maintenance.
Lots of LAMP stacks being hacked quite easily due to poor maintenance.
Don't get me wrong I am not casting aspersions, but saying this out of
my own experience.
Thanks for the opinion, but it's not relevant. There are spam controls
in place already, and these are registered people making changes. Don't
know how you would work around that and still keep it open for the
community to edit.
These are not the result of a compromised LAMP server.
