I just ran qtp-newmodel and it did not show any updated packages. I
currently show: qmailadmin-toaster-1.2.15-1.3.9 as installed.
Did I jump the gun on running qtp-newmodel?

You're ok. qmailadmin-toaster-1.2.15-1.3.9 is the latest, and has been
available for a while. I'm not sure how long, but could be up to a month.
BTW, you can run qtp-ami-up2date simply to see if you're current or not.
You can also add a cron job to run it daily, and have it send you an
email when there's an update available. Kinda nice.
