I have extended vpopmail.conf with this :
failregex = vchkpw-pop3: vpopmail user not found .*:<HOST>$
vchkpw-smtp: vpopmail user not found .*:<HOST>$
vchkpw-submission: vpopmail user not found .*:<HOST>$
you can do this if you add more log path`s in vpopmail.conf , pop3 regex
will be found in /pop3/logfile ... etc
