There could be a problem with your queues. Try running:
Be sure you have the latest qmailtoaster-plus package installed first:
# yum update qmailtoaster-plus.repo
# yum update qmailtoaster-plus
Then run the queue repair tool:
# service qmail stop
# queue_repair.py -r
# service qmail start
That might cure it. Might not too, but it won't hurt.
If that doesn't fix things, please post results of:
# qtp-whatami
# rpm -qa | grep toaster | sort
