so you install the plugin the same as other squirrelmail's plugin
- download
- extract
- put on squirrelmail's plugin
- add it to squirrelmail's config

the summary is, to make SA learn spam/ham from other account you need to
invoke this command
sudo -u vpopmail -H /usr/bin/sa-learn --spam
sudo -u vpopmail -H /usr/bin/sa-learn --ham
you may want also maintain your Spam folder inside webmail.
