Hi guys,
Jake I previously mentioned my replication was failing, in that all email
was being copied alright but not deleting what was deleted.

Now I fond out why? you not gonna believe this:

On my last vacation, ( about 1 month ago )seem we had a little outage.
My IT director got the server back up and running, and setup a sync to the
backup server.

He setup RSYNC, and disabled Unison as he didn't Know what the heck it was.

Duh!

Re-set Unison, which took for ever to copy back to the backup server,
but now it works correctly.

Any changes made on primary server are now duplicated on backup server,
yes even any email that was deleted on primary server.

FYI, I had set the cron job to run every 10 minutes, but had to extend
that to 15 minutes, due to the Vast amount of mail going through the
server.

Replication using unison, works correctly, if set up correctly.

Rsync would have worked but he failed to add --delete to the command line.

Long Live Unison, rsync on steroids.

Thanks Jake
