the trusted domains are not present on our server and we cannot let them
authenticate.

spamassassin does not work for any ip that i put here, even those ips of
my windows servers so the possibility of a device causing the problem is
ruled out. it seems that spamassassin is simply not even looking at the
trusted network ips ie it is disabled due to some reason
