Hmm.... This looks suspiciously like a bug that was in the 5.2 kernel
(RHEL, and by association, CentOS).
What kernel are you running? IIRC the bugzilla report said 2.6.20+
contained the fix.
Restarting the nfslock daemon/NFS services doesn't help?
