when I run:

I got tcprules: fatal: unable to parse this line...

First: if mail hosting server do not assign a private ip for your mail domains
hosted there , then you are on a shared ip and probably the problem with listed
as SPAM will persist
Second - on domain2 try to set domain1 ip in withelist see
http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/RBLs
