If you haven't added/removed any domains, you can use the one that's there.
qmailctl won't do it. To regen it, I think you can add then delete a
test domain. IIRC Jake posted a command that only rebuilds that cdb some
time ago on the list, but I don't recall off hand what that is. Probably
should get that on the wiki if it's not already.
