I can use squirrelmail and see my large emails, no problem.
Problems with:
1. Thunderbird using POP3 - it just gets stuck. I cannot download the
rest of the emails in my mailbox. I have to access squirrelmail, move my
big email to a folder, then restart my pop3 downloads.
2. Fetchmail - will not retrieve my big emails so I just wind up losing
them.
I use the latest version of squirrelmail on 32 bit centos and I upgraded
to dovecot.
Anyone experience this?

Are you using qmail-pop3 or dovecot for pop3 server?
