Hi List,
We have one client experiencing problem on sending email due to their

Which "spam database" is causing the problem?
I've seen Barracuda anti-spam hosts mis-configured such that they block
emails that originate from dynamic addresses, even though the emails are
properly sent via a legitimate mail server that has no problems (is not
blacklisted or anything). This sounds to me like what you're describing.
The best, and perhaps only solution in this case is to contact the mail
admin for the domain(s) with the Barracuda system, and let them know
about the situation so they can correct it.
I've developed a dislike for Barracuda systems, fwiw.
